Burgers aren’t necessarily the star at Boise Fry Company, but we still hand make them to perfection with the best local, natural, and grass-fed meats. Wagyu beef blend? We’ve got that. Bison burger patty? Of course. And a vegan option? Sure do! We’ve got gluten free buns or a burger bowl upon request, as well.

The fries? Well, we make our fries from locally grown organic potatoes following the Belgian cooking style. Our potatoes are freshly cut and fried in house daily! Never frozen, never processed, no preservatives. Our fries now come standardly fried in beef tallow, but we do still have vegan options – just ask our employees for the daily dietary selection. We use 6 rotating kinds of potatoes year round and offer different cuts per potato, so you can always try something new.

Our fries come unsalted, so you can be creative with your perfect mix of salts and sauces. From spicy to sweet, we’ve got unique house-made options for you. We make them, you create them.

We obtain organic fries year round from Kings Crown Organic Farm located in Glenns Ferry, ID. Our fries are fried in beef tallow, unless otherwise specified. Some of our potatoes are only available seasonally!

Beef, Bison, or Vegan? Every patty is hand seasoned and hand rolled with Boise Fry Company’s top secret spices. Our whole wheat potato buns are locally made and baked fresh daily. We have gluten free buns or a bunless burger bowl option, too!

Our beef burgers are a wagyu blend sourced from Double R Ranch and Snake River Farms. Our bison is sourced from local farmers Tim and Deb at Brown’s Buffalo Ranch in Nyssa, OR – only 37 miles from Boise!
