Boise Fry Company is a uniquely Idahoan restaurant chain serving incredible fries, original sauces, an array of hand-crafted seasonings, juicy burgers, and more!
BFC sources the finest and freshest potatoes available from M&M Heath Farms in Buhl, Idaho. All of our potatoes are fried in natural GMO-free sunflower oil, and are unsalted so you get to choose from any of our homemade seasonings and dipping sauces.
We obtain bison locally, and beef regionally. Both are local, fresh, natural, grass-fed, hand-seasoned, and formed with Boise Fry Co’s top secret recipes. Our vegan burgers are made with black beans and organic, high protein quinoa. Our wholewheat potato buns are baked fresh every day.
In an effort to make our entire process green, fresh, and sustainable, we use all-natural, local, (and whenever feasible) organic products. We produce little to no waste, use Energy Star appliances + lights, and recycle our sunflower seed oil in cars. We’re just trying our best to make as little impact on your cholesterol and our planet as possible.
