Our Fries
We obtain the finest and freshest potatoes available! We love utilizing local grown potatoes from King's Crown in Glenns Ferry, Idaho. King's Crown is our number one provider roughly 9 months out of the year. We also bring in potatoes from M&M Heath Farms in Buhl, Idaho. The local farms we partner with are seasonal and do change with farming schedules. Every potato that passes through Boise Fry Co. is handled and prepared, with love.
Our staff follows a strict regimen to ensure each fry retains its quality and amazing flavor. The "Belgium Style" cooking technique is our go-to every time! This style entails a long and low temperature blanch, followed by a hot and short final fry. All our potatoes are fried in natural GMO-free blend of oils, and are unsalted so you get to choose from any of our homemade seasonings and dipping sauces.
Our Burgers
Bison: local, fresh, natural, grass-fed and finished.
Beef: is regional, fresh, natural, grass-fed, and grass and grain finished. Both are hand-seasoned and formed with Boise Fry Co’s secret recipes.
Our vegan burgers are made with black bean and high protein quinoa. We take pride in keeping our vegan options organic, and fair-trade certified.
