  Our Process

In an effort to make our entire process green, natural, sustainable, insert other environmental buzzword, we use all natural, local, and whenever feasible, organic products. We produce little to no waste. We use Energy Star appliances and lights. We recycle our peanut oil in cars. We’re just trying our best to make as little impact on your cholesterol and our planet as possible.

  
  Our Burgers

We use fresh, local beef and free-range, natural bison, both seasoned with Boise Fry Company’s secret recipes. Our vegan burgers are made with natural, high protein quinoa and black beans. Our potato wheat buns are baked fresh every day. And many of our burger toppings are grown just up the road on a farm that employs and trains refugees (click here for more info: www.themomentumgroup.org).

  
  Our Partners

We use, almost exclusively, local partners and purveyors. Our bison is raised on a free-range farm an hour from our shop. Our burger toppings are grown three miles down the road. Our secret recipe buns are made around the corner. Check back soon for a list of our partners.
